Avoko is a recruitment platform like no other which aims to eradicate the need for agencies. Post, share, apply, and forward on jobs, getting paid for each.
Needed a brand, full visual direction, tone of voice, and brand strategy. Avoko came to us early (the way we like it) and without even a name! The product was designed from the ground up, with no competitors to lean on, and no visual direction whatsoever.

To build a brand that will last, scale and not decay with age. Then to formulate and decipher a significant number of features into an intuitive and peaceful platform. The vision needed refining, features challenging and an extremely high level of output to please a demanding leadership and board of directors.
A well crafted application to be handed over to internal teams to develop, we created a brand, visual direction, a name, the processing of assets for development, and brand guidelines to keep the team on track.
Tappable was tasked with creating the full user journeys, UX planning, wireframing, visual & interaction design.
This included a website, a web-app, iOS & Android handset design strategy and implementation.
TECHNICAL & UX CONSIDERATIONS
The biggest challenge with this product was that there are 3 types of user. The recruiter, the job seeker, & the referrer. Creating a seamless experience for all users, in a single application proved a real challenge. Serving up the relevant content, in the relevant places to user meant a complex on-boarding to the product.
Full support and QA / Testing services were offered as part of the program, to ensure the developers met with our super high standards of visual design.
